Travail's kitchen boasts a ton of talent, and it's about time you got a little flavor of what some of these guys and gals can do solo! Spotlight is a new concept in which one of our emerging chefs will take over the Rookery kitchen, crafting their own menus and dining experience for a two month period.

Bold flavors and Minnesotan comforts are coming together for Chef Cabrera's Latin fare with a midwestern flair. He's cooking up plates including tamales, pupusas, elote, and more, all stemming from his Guatemalan roots. Read more about Chef Cabrera's Spotlight pop-up restaurant called Sololá here. He'll be serving up good eats throughout November and December.

Tickets are $50 plus service fees per person.
