Travail's kitchen boasts a ton of talent, and it's about time you got a little flavor of what some of these chefs can do solo! Spotlight is a new concept in which one of our emerging chefs will take over the Rookery kitchen, crafting their own menus and dining experience for a two month period.


Chef Benjamin Feltmann is your current Spotlight host serving Mexican-inspired plates. His menu will take you on a culinary tour of Mexico, bringing street food to his tasting menu. From moles and tortas to ceviche and carnitas. There will definitely be a fiesta happening in your mouth & belly!


Join us for the evening at our new 16 seat diner bar surrounding the Rookery kitchen. Your ticket will cover an 8-10 course dinner, and drinks will be available for additional purchase at the restaurant. Tickets are $50 per person plus a service fee (tax, gratuity, and a small processing fee). We currently have two seating times each night, Wed-Sat.
