PIG PARTY WITH BAUHAUS

BAUHAUS IS IN OUR HAUS! Pig Ate My Pizza and Bauhaus Brew Labs are joining forces on May 15 for an exclusive night of cold brews and hot pizza pies! Think "beer dinner" meets "pig party". We will be highlighting many Bauhaus classic brews as well as a few seasonal exclusives. The Pig team will be crafting our menu to pair with specific beers, and incorporating the brews into our dishes as well.

This party is an ALL you can DRINK and ALL you can EAT situation. Our taps will be flowing with BAUHAUS BREWS and their crew will be there to guide your drinking adventure. Of course we'll have some special pizzas and small bites all afternoon long. Plus other surprises, like we always do!

Tickets are $60 per person plus Service Fee (tax, 18% gratuity, and a small ticketing service fee, approx $1.5)
FREE COMMEMORATIVE TASTING GLASS FOR EVERY TICKET HOLDER


MOSER'S LAST WEEK IN ROOKERY SPOTLIGHT

If you haven't had a chance to try Chef Nate Moser's limited time Spotlight, you better hurry in! His last day in the Rookery kitchen will be Saturday, April 30. We're so proud of his work and commitment to bring good food to this restaurant. Come say farewell and finish it off with one of his passion fruit filled donuts!

As usual, no reservations needed, fun mandatory.

We are seeking chefs and dishwashers/polishers to start immediately at both Travail Kitchen and Pig Ate My Pizza. 

The job would include being a part of a high paced, creative and motivated kitchen team. Position is full time, however work days are W-Sat. (Four full days on, followed by three full days off). 6 designated weeks of paid vacation each year! Health benefits once eligible.

Travail only serves our chef's tasting menu. It is approximately 14 – 20 different food presentations,  but varies by season, product availability, and evening.

The Rookery offers a perpetually evolving a la carte small bite menu with over 20 micro plate options. 

The Rookery is also home to our bar program, the chefs behind our “wiggly bar” serve some serious craft cocktails along with beer, wine, and just about anything your heart desires.

Pig Ate My Pizza has revamped the old Travail location into a pizza pub experience.

On the Pig menu you will find an array of classic neo pizzas, rotating craft pizzas, small plates, and over 16 tap brews (most are local)! Make sure you check out their lunch & early bird specials. All pizzas are available for take-out, but we don't do delivery.
