    The Chefs that built Travail have always had a soft spot for duck, but this year we’re leveling up and bringing American Wagyu to the party. We’re talking foie, confit, perfectly seared duck breast, and then that stupid-rich, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu.

    Our sommelier Dave is pouring the good stuff, while the kitchen crew will tell the stories behind why locally sourced duck and Wagyu hit so damn hard.
