Expect dishes that highlight the season’s natural bounty: ramp-forward creations, mushroom-driven broths, foraged greens and flowers, and proteins like smelt, wagyu, and rabbit, each reimagined through Travail’s signature creativity, technique, and a touch of surprise.

A Taste of Travail is a limited-time Wednesday night dinner series designed as a restaurant week–style introduction to what makes Travail Kitchen unforgettable.
Perfect for both first-time guests and longtime fans, this experience offers a refined yet approachable way to enjoy our signature style without the full tasting-menu commitment.
Available on Wednesdays through May 27th, guests will enjoy a six-course Signature Chef’s Tasting Menu with two paired drinks for $79 per person. An optional $40 wine pairing is available.
