Step right up to Travail’s Haunted Basement Carnival. This Halloween, our Basement Bar is transformed into a nightmarish carnival of chaos, featuring a multi-course tasting menu, sinister cocktails, interactive beverage flights, and haunted theatrics with mischievous clowns and eerie surprises around every corner. This holiday season, step into Travail’s Holiday Pop-Up Bar for a one-of-a-kind dining adventure, we call Holiday Flight Club. We’re decking the halls of our Basement Bar to create a festive escape filled with holiday décor, global flavors, and creative cocktails. Hop aboard as the Travail team takes you on an adventure through various countries, exploring cuisines and dishes that celebrate holiday traditions.

We are a group of culinary innovators and event curators passionate about hospitality. Travail Kitchen and Amusements is led by chef-owners and James Beard semi-finalists Mike Brown, Bob Gerken, and James Winberg in downtown Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Our newly constructed three-story restaurant hosts a variety of innovative dining concepts, public parties, private events, and local chef collaborations.
