We all know the good about gift cards. They're convenient to purchase and easy to present. Physical cards fit neatly into an envelope and digital gift cards are a great option for a quick gift. Plus, they offer the recipient the opportunity to savor a delectable meal at Travail!

  • Gift cards are valid for use at Travail Kitchen & Amusements.

    They cannot be used at our sister restaurants, Dream Creamery, Pig Ate My Pizza, Stelline Italian Kitchen, Graze Food Hall, or Italian Eatery.

  • To use your gift card when booking a reservation online:

    1. Book your reservation as usual using a credit card to secure your reservation.

    2. Once your reservation is confirmed, reply to your confirmation email with your 16 digit gift card number. Gift card numbers begin with 8627 or 1133.

    3. Our team will apply the gift card to your reservation and refund the gift card amount to your credit card.

    Using Your Gift Card In-House

    Simply present your gift card to a member of our team when you arrive.

    We accept:

    • The physical gift card

    • A printed copy of the gift card

    • The gift card email displayed on your phone

    Any of these options will work!

  • You do not have to use the amount in its entirety all at once. To check your balance, use your gift card number on the Check My Balance page.

  • You may use any older gift certificate in-house, but you will not be able to use it directly at checkout for online ticket purchases on Tock.

    If you have a digital gift certificate please go forward with your purchase of tickets through our current ticketing system and then email your gift code to info@travailkitchen.com At that point we’ll be able to redeem your certificate by processing a refund in the amount of your gift certificate balance (this refund can take 5-10 business days).

    If you still have an OG gift certificate that is a gray, horizontally oriented certificate without an online code, well, we’re impressed! To redeem, we would ask that you purchase your tickets through our current online ticketing system and bring the certificate with you when you dine. At that time we’ll happily reimburse you for the dollar amount indicated on the certificate. You can also bring it in sooner before you dine if you would prefer.
