Turkey Breast Roulade

6-8 lbs. Lightly Smoked Turkey breast wrapped around a Thanksgiving sausage (turkey thigh sausage studded with smoked turkey leg meat). Lightly smoked, then sous vide to the perfect temperature.

Whole 18” Italian Eatery Bread Loaf

You know it, you love it, and you keep asking for more.

Robucon Butter Whipped Potatoes

1 quart ready-to-eat, plus our at-home recipe for scaling up your own country-style mash.

Stuffing

Stuffing with thanksgiving sausage, mirepoix, egg, cream, butter, chicken stock, green onion, rosemary, sage, seasoning mix.

Cranberry & Orange Preserve

Better-Than-Your-Grandma’s Cranberry & Orange Preserve – tart, bright, citrusy, and a little cocky.

Fried Brussels Sprouts

Tossed with bacon, maple, and thanksgiving fines herbs. (sage, green onion, rosemary, parsley)

Roasted Green Beans

Lupe’s Pork Verde Roasted Green Beans (Mike’s mom’s influence) roasted, vibrant, family-tested. Sauce, pulled pork, green beans, green onion.

Mac & Cheese

Italian Eatery Pasta Mac & Cheese, extruded c = comfort dialed up to 11.

Pumpkin pie

Pumpkin Pie on Drugs Overload with dulce de leche, molasses cookie crust, whipped cream (set in gelatin), it’s a wild ride.

REHEAT AT HOME

Items are crafted to make preparation as simple as possible (some reheating in a pan, warming in an oven, etc.) Written instructions will be provided with each kit. We recommend taking a look at these instructions before cooking and planning your time appropriately to get the food on the table at your desired time. Items can be kept refrigerated for 3-4 days before preparing. *Please note that consuming raw or undercooked meats or fish may increase your risk of contracting a foodborne illness.

PICKUP On Nov. 26

Pick up your meal at Travail starting between 2-6pm (at your designated reservation time) on Nov. 26. If you are running late, no need to call, we will have your order set aside until the 6 pm pickup deadline.
